    Need more information? We’re hosting an Open House on Jan 30 from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Election staff will be available to answer all your questions at our office located in SUB A104 — besides Zap Copy.

    Extended Nomination Deadline

    Submit your completed nomination form(s) by the specified deadline if you are a prospective nominee or a referendum opponent.

    Orientation

    6:30pm (approximately one hour) • online
    Candidates and proponents/opponents of referendums must attend one of the orientation meetings. During these sessions, we will provide an overview of the election process and discuss campaign rules.

    Orientation

    Candidates: 5:30pm (approximately one hour) • online
    Referendum proponents: 7:30pm (approximately one hour) • online
