Attention UVic students,

If you missed the initial deadline, you have a second chance! The nomination period for the 2026-27 UVSS board of directors and the registration period for referendum proponents and opponents have both been extended.

The new deadline to submit your forms is Sunday, February 8 at 11:59pm.

How to Submit Your Nomination

You can complete your submission entirely online. To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Your Position
    Review the available roles (lead directors, international relations, or directors-at-large on our positions page.

  2. Complete the Form
    Use the official online nomination form or the referendum proponent/opponent form.

  3. Submit by the Deadline
    Ensure all fields are filled and your signatures/V-numbers are included before 11:59pm on  Sunday, February 8.
